Hapoel Tel-Aviv Cake

This is a cake that I made for my dear husband Boaz at his 29^th birthday! He is a big fan of Hapoel Tel-Aviv soccer club, so I decided to modify a little bit the logo of the team and the writing in order to mach it to the event. Isn't it looks alike....?!

Caramel cake

This is a caramel three layers cake with toasted almonds above. It was the first time I made caramel at home. No doubt it's a little spooky at the first, mainly because the cream was bubbling when I added the cream to a frying pan, but I have to tell you it was worth all the effort!
